Masimo processes business contact data submitted through inquiry forms to respond to documentation, quotation, and service requests.

1. Data we collect

Name, work email, phone, organization, market, and message content you voluntarily submit. Server logs may include IP address and user-agent for security.

2. Purpose

We use inquiry data to route clinical specialist, procurement, or service responses and to maintain audit trails required by our ISO 13485 QMS for commercial correspondence.

3. HIPAA note

Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or patient identifiers through public website forms. If a business associate relationship is required for a project, request a BAA through the service desk.

4. Retention & sharing

Inquiry records are retained per commercial and quality record schedules. We do not sell personal data. Processors acting for Masimo are bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR where applicable), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting Masimo Privacy.

6. Security

We apply administrative and technical controls appropriate to B2B inquiry data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; limit submissions to business information.
