These Terms govern access to masimomedical.com and related Masimo informational pages. Product information on this site is for B2B evaluation and does not replace the IFU, labeling, or clinical judgment.

1. Informational use only

Specifications, SpO2 Arms bands, and service metrics shown online are representative. Binding specifications appear only in the current IFU, 510(k) summary, or executed quotation for a named catalog reference and market.

2. Regulatory language

Where devices are cleared via FDA 510(k), Masimo uses “FDA cleared,” not “FDA approved.” CE marking statements refer to MDR 2017/745 or the applicable conformity route for the marketed configuration.

3. No emergency service
